MINDY MARTIN
Melinda "Mindy" Martin has been a mortgage lender for over 27 years. As the Broker/Owner of Boardwalk Home Loans Corp her goal is to provide ethical help to all of her customers. Educating borrowers is key to providing a long-lasting relationship through the true understanding of the products available.
Mindy grew up in the Central Valley, graduating from Fresno State and then attending Pepperdine University for Graduate School. She has worked in all aspects of Mortgage Lending and is known for her ability to close loans in a timely, efficient manner. She knows the importance of walking the customers through the process and meeting all deadlines for the buyer and the seller!
Having the skillset to work through the most complex files, Mindy is well-seasoned in funding loans. Her funding ratio exceeds 95% mostly because she takes the time to work through the scenario and she works closely with the customers. Unlike many Loan Officers who simply bring the loan into their processor, Mindy has her hands on the loan throughout the entire process.
Mindy has won numerous awards for production with her wholesale lenders and is nationally ranked for Women in mortgage lending through the Scotsman Guide mortgage magazine.

Jessica Cone
Jessica has been in the Mortgage Industry for almost a decade. She has a passion for helping people and loves to educate customers as they go through the steps in lending.
Jessica has worked with Mindy Martin for many years and helps to make the team successful. Her processing skills and organization go unmatched!
Jessica will be there to guide each and every customer. Her focus is to "fill in the blanks" and collect the appropriate data to submit into underwriting. She has an extensive knowledge in lending!
Sharon O. Shiman
With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Sharon O. Shiman proudly serves as a Broker Associate with Boardwalk Home Loans Corp. She is committed to providing sound financial guidance, educating clients on homeownership, and helping them build long-term wealth through real estate. Sharon ensures every client feels confident and fully understands the loan process, making each transaction smooth and stress-free.
Known for her hands-on approach and high closing rate, Sharon has successfully handled both simple and complex loans. Her reputation speaks for itself — “If someone else can’t do it, Sharon can!” She provides ethical guidance and carefully matches each client with the loan product that best fits their goals.
Originally from Idaho and a California resident for over 39 years, Sharon holds a Financial Planning degree from Brigham Young University, along with her Broker/Loan Officer and Notary licenses. She is deeply involved in her community, serving as THSPA Board President and working with the Soroptimist Club of Tulare to support scholarships for young women.
Sharon loves spending time with her family and especially enjoys traveling the country with them, exploring new places and making lasting memories together.
